Our fees are payable by you, the employer, and are contingent upon a placement being made by our office. These fees are based upon the agreed weekly salary as follows:
- For permanent placement our fee is eight week's (8) salary.
- For temporary placement, 30% of salary for the length of employment-up to but not exceeding the permanent placement fee of eight week's salary is applicable. *** This fee includes all trials of any applicant, whether for 1 day or longer. We DO NOT offer "free trials" on potential placements. Fees for all trial or temporary placements are due and payable upon receipt.
The fee is payable by the end of the fourth (4th) week of employment. If the placement is not satisfactory within the month, a revised bill will be sent for 30% of the salary actually paid. We will then be happy to re-list your order should you wish. If the full fee is paid "ON TIME," (within the first month of employment), we will extend the guarantee to 90 days at no additional charge.
